Bare Foam Pigs are primarily used for drying and sweeping of loose debris, sealing behind a stuck pig, batching operations and gauging of internal pipe conditions before extensive pigging.

Fully Coated Foam Pig can be adapted for many activities like batching of de-watering.

Bullet-shaped construction with foam core and durable polyurethane elastomer coating in crosshatch pattern.

Wire brush foam pigs are primarily used for regular maintenance applications and cleaning lines with buildup, rust or debris.

Polyurethane foam body with circular grooves forming wiping edges. Grooves are coated with polyurethane elastomer for enhanced wiping performance and wear resistance.

Applications:

1. Serves as a barrier between two or more fluids flowing through a single pipeline, reducing contamination risks and associated losses
2. Removes residual products from pipelines

Conical cup design allows adjustment to pipe internal diameter. Engineered to accommodate seals, gaskets, and guide disks on a single body instead of separate cups

Has a similar shape as compared to batching pigs. The main difference is that cleaning brush pigs has brush assembled along with the cups.
There are basically 2 types of brushes that are assembled on the pig they are:
1. Circular Brushes
2. Spring Brushes
They are used for cleaning of rust, mud, sand, wax, oxides, unwanted organic materials or any other foreign particles present inside the pipeline.

Basically has a gauge plate assembled with the pig. Gauging pigs are generally used to find out excess weld penetration or any other deformations like dents or thicker internal diameters. They are also used to prove the ovality of the pipe prior to caliper or intelligent pigging. These plates normally have slot cut in them to find out the deformation easily. Gauge plates are generally made around 5-10% lesser as compared to the inner diameter of the pipe. It’s normally fabricated of Aluminum Alloy AA1100-H14.

Uni - Directional Magnetic Pig has high force Magnetic boxes fitted on the pig bodies. These are normally used for cleaning of any ferrous material that may present inside the pipeline they can also be used for pig tracking. They are normally mounted on the middle of the steel pig body.
